Our Consent Standard: AP Affiliates LLC prioritizes full transparency in telemarketing outreach. We capture express written consent from consumers before transmitting inquiry records to commercial lead buyers or dialing partners.

1. Express Written Consent Standards

In compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations, and the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), our acquisition intake funnels incorporate clear and conspicuous disclosure language:

  • Consent disclosures are displayed prominently adjacent to the final submission button.
  • We strictly prohibit pre-checked checkboxes or deceptive consent burying.
  • Consumers are clearly notified that consent is not a required condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
  • Participating buyer entities or designated partner lists are expressly identified to the consumer prior to submission.

2. Independent Certificate Verification (TrustedForm / Jornaya)

To guarantee evidentiary auditability, AP Affiliates implements independent third-party certificate technology (such as ActiveProspect's TrustedForm and Verisk's Jornaya):

  • Visual Session Replay: Captures the actual webpage interaction, proving that the consumer viewed the disclosure and personally clicked submit.
  • Timestamp & IP Recording: Documents the exact second, UTC timestamp, IP address, and browser environment of submission.
  • Certificate Token Transmission: The unique certificate URL is transmitted alongside the lead payload into the buyer's CRM for permanent compliance retention.

3. How Consumers Can Revoke Consent

Consumers have the absolute right to revoke telemarketing consent at any time:

  • Verbally: By stating "Please put me on your Do Not Call list" to any caller.
  • Via SMS: By replying "STOP" to any text message communication.
  • Online: By submitting an opt-out request through our Do Not Sell or Share Portal.

4. Partner Compliance Audits

We conduct regular compliance audits of our affiliate publishers and lead routing pipelines. Any publisher engaging in unauthorized auto-dialing, ringless voicemail without prior consent, or unapproved consent language is immediately severed from our network.
